Rechartering

Internet Rechartering is an Internet based system which allows units to renew their unit charters from any computer with access to the Internet. It’s easy, convenient, and accurate because you enter the data.

Before You Begin
Please read and become familiar with the Quapaw Area Council’s Internet Rechartering Guidebook.

The guidebook will provide you with the basic steps needed to begin the Internet Rechartering process, as well as detailed instructions on Internet Rechartering.

Please follow the instructions in the guidebook carefully.

Rechartering Guidebook

To begin the Internet Rechartering process, you must have your unit’s ID number to access the system. If it is your first attempt to access the system, you will be asked to set a password for future access. Returning users must enter both the unit ID and the password set during your first access.

Advancement

The Quapaw Area Council is pleased to announce that units can now record advancement of youth members using the Internet Advancement System. Units can use the Internet Advancement System at any time, provided the unit is currently registered with the Boy Scouts of America.

Internet Advancement makes it easy for unit leadership to record awards, ranks, and merit badges to youth via an online process. The system is separate from Internet Rechartering, but uses a similar concept.
