Council Defective Registration Policy Posted

As we enter the height of re-charter season, please take a moment and review the Quapaw Area Council Defective Registration Policy.  This policy outlines how funds and membership applications are processed or returned by the council.  You can download the policy by clicking here.

Remember, only membership applications that are fully completed and that include all appropriate parent or unit leader signatures will be processed.  Don’t forget that all adults apply for membership as a leader in Scouting must also show / submit proof of completing Youth Protection Training within the previous 24 months.
