Several Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) help the volunteer leadership and staff of the council track progress on goals and strategic planning benchmarks established by the Executive Board of the council.  Three of those key areas are:  Volunteer Involvement (District Representative Attendance at Council-Level Operating Committee Meetings), New Adult Leader Training Completion, and Youth Advancement (Primarily Bobcat Ranks earned by new Cub Scouts).

All three of these KPIs have long been tracked and that data shared with among top volunteer leadership and council staff.  In an effort to more effectively track, promote, and succeed in these key areas, this information is now available for all involved in Scouting in the Quapaw Area Council.  If you see something on a report that doesn’t look correct or that needs to be updated, contact your District Chairman so that they can pass that information on the appropriate Operating Committee Chairman.  (Contact information for each District Chairman is located on each District Contacts Page on this website.)

Attached below are links to documents and spreadsheets tracking (1) Bobcat Ranks earned by new Cub Scouts, (2) District Attendance at Council-Level Operating Committee Meetings, and (3) New Leader Training Statistics.  Blanks or Zeros in fields indicates that there was no representative present at a given meeting or that a particular district operating committee chair has not submitted an updated report to the Council Operating Committee Chair and/or Staff Advisor.

These documents are also available for download from the forms page, under Council Forms.
