We have received some support calls here at the office with folks who are having trouble completing some of the online training modules. Sometimes this may involve a module that will not show as completed even though they’ve gone all the way through it. Other times it may be an issue with the module not displaying properly. Here are some tips for helping your online training go smoothly.
- Use the latest version of Chrome or Edge browser
- Use the Incognito or Private Browsing feature to ensure that corrupted cookies don’t cause problems
- Make sure that the browser window zoom setting is 100%.
